Analysis
Huobi HTX launched the new cryptocurrency OBT (Orbiter Finance) on January 20th, and simultaneously added OBT/USDT (10X) isolated margin trading. OBT is a decentralized cross-rollup bridge used to transfer native assets from Ethereum. In Orbiter Finance, there are two roles: Sender and Maker. When the Sender initiates a transfer, the Maker provides liquidity for it. Smart contracts guarantee the security of this process. If the Maker misbehaves and the transfer fails, the Sender can initiate an arbitration request with the contract using the Maker's margin and receive overcompensation. At the same time, Huobi HTX also launched GRIFT (ORBIT) on January 20th, and added GRIFT/USDT isolated margin trading. ORBIT is a “one-stop” DeFi companion that uses AI agents to coordinate and execute on-chain operations based on users' natural language instructions. It has integrated 178 different DeFi protocols and supports over 116 blockchain networks.
