Coinbase user Griffin McShane publicly accused Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong on social media of freezing his account for two months without reason, resulting in his inability to pay a wedding venue deposit and ultimately forcing him to cancel his wedding. McShane stated that the account had always been used to receive wages and conduct cryptocurrency transactions, including his salary during his time at Coinbase being directly deposited into it, and no irregularities had ever occurred before.
