#Tether is expanding its AI staff.#

Tether is actively laying out its plans in the field of artificial intelligence and has hired 30 AI platform developers in the past few months. The company plans to hire AI filmmakers in the Asia Pacific, Europe and South America regions, and plans to double its workforce to 200 by mid-2025. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said that AI-based positions, especially in filmmaking, are aligned with Tether's vision of innovation and efficiency, with examples including scale, speed and cost. He believes that AI is a "key focus area" for Tether, and that organizations must adapt to this changing reality and reflect it in the types of roles they seek to fill. Ardoino also said that Tether will be speaking at the Italian AI Week event in May to present Tether's AI strategy centered around financial freedom, focusing on open source, peer-to-peer technology and privacy protection. He will unveil the true reality of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, brain-computer interfaces, etc., and explore some future scenarios that have been masked by "good intentions". While Tether declined to provide further details on its final product, its layout in the AI field shows that the company is actively exploring the application of AI technology in finance and hopes to use AI technology to improve efficiency and innovation.
