### Tether is hiring an AI Filmmaker#

Tether is actively laying out its plans in the artificial intelligence field, and has recruited 30 AI platform development talents in recent months. The company’s CEO Paolo Ardoino said AI-based roles, especially in film production, have a unique advantage, aligning with Tether’s vision of innovation and efficiency. Tether plans to hire AI film producers in regions including Asia Pacific, Europe and South America, and aims to double its workforce to 200 people by mid-2025. Ardoino said Tether has a relatively streamlined workforce, but AI is a "key area of focus" for Tether and the organization must adapt to this evolving reality and reflect it in the types of roles they seek to fill. Ardoino declined to provide further details on the final product but said Tether is on track to achieve over $10 billion in profits by the end of 2024. It is worth noting that the company does not publish audited financial results.
