### Tether is Hiring an AI Filmmaker#

Stablecoin issuer Tether is actively expanding into the artificial intelligence space. CEO Paolo Ardoino revealed that the company has hired 30 AI platform development professionals in recent months, with plans to hire AI filmmakers in regions like Asia Pacific, Europe, and South America. Ardoino stated that AI-based roles, especially in filmmaking, offer unique advantages that align with Tether's vision of innovation and efficiency, citing examples like scale, speed, and cost. He believes organizations must adapt to this evolving reality and reflect it in the types of roles they seek to fill. Tether plans to double its workforce to 200 by mid-2025, projecting profits exceeding $10 billion by the end of 2024. Ardoino will speak at Italy's AI Week event in May, presenting Tether's AI strategy centered around financial freedom, emphasizing open-source, peer-to-peer technology, and privacy protection.
