Tether is actively laying out its strategy in the field of artificial intelligence, with its CEO Paolo Ardoino stating that the company has hired 30 AI platform development talents in recent months and plans to recruit AI film producers in regions such as Asia-Pacific, Europe, and South America. Ardoino believes that AI-based positions, especially in film production, have unique advantages that align with Tether's vision of innovation and efficiency, with examples ranging from scale to speed and cost. He stated that artificial intelligence is a "key area of focus" for Tether, and organizations must adapt to this changing reality and reflect it in the types of positions they seek to fill. Tether plans to double its workforce to 200 people by mid-2025 and expects to achieve over $10 billion in profit by the end of 2024. Ardoino will speak at the Italian AI Week event in May, presenting Tether's AI strategy centered on financial freedom, focusing on open-source, peer-to-peer technology, and privacy protection. He said he would reveal the true reality of disruptive technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, and brain-computer interfaces and explore future scenarios that are often masked by "good intentions."
