Suddenly, it occurred to me that among the major offshore exchanges, the only one that has not been hacked (or publicly known to have been hacked) is OKX? But have there been relatively few thefts in large exchanges in the United States? It doesn't seem to exist in my impression. The two major compliance agencies in South Korea have both been hacked in history, but the amount involved is relatively small.
