According to Foresight News, Cosine, the founder of SlowMist, posted on social media that there is no problem with the Safe contract, but the problem lies in the non contract part, where the front-end has been tampered with and forged to achieve a deceptive effect. This is not an isolated case. North Korean hackers have successfully used this technique several times last year, such as the WazirX incident (stolen $230 million, Safe multiple signatures), Radiant Capital incident (stolen $50 million, Safe multiple signatures), and DMM (stolen $305 million, Gonco multiple signatures). This attack technique has been engineered and matured, and multi signature attacks may not only exist in Safe.
