There is a question that I have always found difficult to understand: what is the relationship between AI and blockchain or meme tokens?

Blockchain cannot provide computing power for AI, cannot provide training, cannot provide corpora, and certainly cannot build models. How can there be an AI track in the so-called web3 field? What exactly is being competed for?

Some say that meme tokens (please allow me to use the term token, as it is not currency) can be used to pay for the use of AI, which I find even harder to understand. Wouldn't it be better for AI companies to directly accept fiat currency? Even if they accept digital currencies, wouldn't it be better to accept stablecoins like USDT/USDC? Why accept worthless meme tokens?
