A new study commissioned by Coinbase in Argentina, Kenya, the Philippines, and Switzerland shows how crypto is considered an effective alternative to failing or stalled financial systems. The study revealed that crypto can help solve several problems in these nations, including the desire for more economic freedom and control, as well as the wishes for change and reform in each country. Crypto is viewed as a tool that can be used to reform these systems, with over seven in ten surveyed agreeing that crypto can address at least one of their financial frustrations. These frustrations include centralization, discrimination in the current fiat system, devaluation, and a lack of money-making opportunities.
