Zug, Switzerland, December 10, 2024 — Auditchain Labs AG, developer of Pacioli.ai, the world’s first RegFi protocol, is excited to announce the integration of USDC payments into Pacioli.ai for the analysis of disclosures filed with over 200 regulators across 65 jurisdictions initially including the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This enhancement broadens access to Pacioli.ai’s powerful disclosure analysis tools, enabling users to assess the qualitative and quantitative reliability of “as filed” financial reports with an expanded payment option. It also provides Pacioli Nodes additional rewards for fulfilling analysis requests.
Over 25,000,000 XBRL based disclosures are filed every year by the world’s economic entities. The Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation in Europe, “MiCAR” and the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority in the UAE, “VARA” are two new frameworks that require XBRL based white papers.
Pacioli.ai features a powerful user-friendly disclosure automation suite and network of external validators that provide analysis of “as filed” disclosures as well as proof of compliance prior to publishing/filing.
The addition of USDC to the platform complements the existing AUDT token payment and robust utility system, removing friction for institutions already cleared to use USDC to make payments to fulfill reliability analysis tasks using Pacioli.ai. This integration marks a major milestone in making regulatory finance “RegFi” more accessible and user-friendly.
Financial Report Analysis on Pacioli.ai
Pacioli.ai offers users the ability to analyze and index financial reports filed with regulators. By using the DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network) of Pacioli Nodes, users can identify inconsistencies or irregularities in reports that may fall outside the scope of traditional audit engagements.
The integration now enables Pacioli Node operators to earn both AUDT and USDC as rewards for fulfilling analysis requests, enhancing flexibility and incentivizing participation in the decentralized network. This dual-payment, dual reward system ensures a streamlined experience for all users while expanding the utility of Pacioli.ai.
Initial Node Offering: Empowering the RegFi Ecosystem
The Initial Node Offering (INO) plays a crucial role in powering the Pacioli.ai ecosystem and adding substantial resilience. A limited number 2,200 licenses for Pacioli AI Validating Nodes are available, each represented by a non-fungible token (NFT) and bundled with 7,000 AUDT tokens. An additional 7,000 AUDT is required for activation upon deployment.

The INO is conducted in five phases, offering participants a tiered pricing structure:
- Phase 1: $1,800 per node for 400 licenses. SOLD OUT
- Phase 2: $2,200 per node for 400 licenses. SELLING FAST
- Phase 3: $2,400 per node for 400 licenses.
- Phase 4: $2,600 per node for 400 licenses.
- Phase 5: $2,850 per node for 600 licenses.
The revenue generated from the INO will help fund the expansion of business development efforts which will lead to increased rewards for Pacioli Node licensees and accelerate innovation in the RegFi ecosystem. It is projected that participants will experience a multiple of full cost recovery within the first year of node operation.
