Introduction to Arbitrum Orbit
Arbitrum Orbit is a framework that allows development teams to create their own dedicated chains and settle them on one of Arbitrum's Layer 2 (L2) chains: Arbitrum One, Arbitrum Nova, or Arbitrum Goerli.

You can think of the Orbit chain as a deployable, configurable branch of the Arbitrum L2 Nitro technology stack, closely integrated with Arbitrum's L2 chains.
The Orbit chain can be finely tailored to your exact use case and business needs, providing developers with another way to gradually decentralize their applications and gradually adopt the properties and security assumptions of the Ethereum base layer.
