#Ramaswamy for Ohio Governor#

Biotech entrepreneur and cryptocurrency advocate Vivek Ramaswamy is planning to run for governor of Ohio and is expected to make a formal announcement soon. He previously ran for president and has spoken in favor of the freedom of self-custody wallets, free from regulatory restrictions. After Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election, Ramaswamy was appointed as one of the heads of the newly created Department of Government Efficiency, tasked with cutting regulations and restructuring federal agencies. Ohio has proposed cryptocurrency-related legislation such as establishing a state-backed Bitcoin reserve. Ramaswamy, alongside Elon Musk, has been at the helm of the American Efficiency Department and has served as a campaign surrogate for Donald Trump and has been a vocal supporter of cryptocurrencies. While his campaign plan has yet to be released, it is expected to focus on issues like economic growth, regulatory reform, and cryptocurrency policy.
