#JPMorgan bullish on SOL and XRP ETPs#

JPMorgan expects that exchange traded products (ETPs) for Solana (SOL) and XRP could attract close to $15 billion in net inflows. This forecast is based on an analysis of BTC and ETH ETP flows, considering their market capitalization and ETP flow performance. BTC ETPs reached $108 billion in assets under management in their first year of trading, representing 6% of BTC's total market capitalization of $1.8 trillion. Similarly, ETH ETPs accumulated $12 billion in assets within six months, representing 3% of its market capitalization ($395 billion). Using these adoption rates as a benchmark, inflows for SOL ETPs could range from $3 billion to $6 billion, while XRP ETPs could see inflows between $4 billion and $8 billion. Currently, SOL ETPs have close to $1.6 billion in assets under management, while XRP ETPs hold $910 million. Net inflows for both are projected to reach $438 million and $69 million, respectively, in 2024. JPMorgan's forecast suggests that institutional investor interest in SOL and XRP is rising, which will drive market growth for these two cryptocurrencies.
