BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has recently expressed his bullish view on Bitcoin, arguing that it can serve as a hedge against currency devaluation and economic instability. He predicts that Bitcoin's price could reach $500,000, $600,000, or even $700,000. Fink believes that despite the rising dollar index and CPI data below expectations, inflation concerns persist and will drive Bitcoin prices higher. He argues that investors are too quick to declare high inflation over, increasing the likelihood of bond yields rising with prices in the future. Fink also highlighted the importance of AI investments, stating that BlackRock is partnering with Microsoft and other companies to raise a $30 billion fund for investing in data centers. He believes that the power supply for data centers needs special attention, primarily fueled by natural gas in the short term, which will spark discussions about the future role of nuclear power. Notably, Goldman Sachs CEO Solomon believes that Bitcoin poses little threat to the dollar.
