Standard Chartered plans to launch HKD-backed stablecoin with Animoca Brands and HKT

Standard Chartered, Animoca Brands and HKT have teamed up to issue a Hong Kong dollar-backed stablecoin.The initiative comes as Hong Kong prepares to pass a bill regulating stablecoins.
