The Smarter Web Company, a web development company, will be listed on the UK public market as early as April 2nd, with Bitcoin on its balance sheet and authorization to purchase more Bitcoin. Tyler Evans, co-founder of UTXO Management, is listed as a director of The Smarter Web Company. Andrew Webley, CEO of The Smarter Web Company, mentioned that UTXO management made investments before the company's IPO and was classified as a "significant investor" under UK reporting rules, meaning it owns more than 3% of the company's shares.
