EU MiCA approves 10 stablecoin issuers, Tether not listed

On February 20th, according to Cointelegraph, the list of compliant stablecoin issuers under the European Union's Crypto Asset Market Regulation Act (MiCA) was announced, Circle、(Crypto.com)、 10 institutions including Societe Generale have been approved to issue Euro and USD stablecoins, involving a total of 10 types of Euro stablecoins and 5 types of USD stablecoins. However, Tether (USDT, with a market value exceeding $141 billion), the world's largest stablecoin issuer, did not appear on the list.
