Survey: Most investors expect the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates once or twice this year

Bank of America stated that 39% of respondents expect to cut interest rates twice, 27% believe they will cut interest rates once, and 13% believe they will cut interest rates three times. Only 2% of people expect the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates this year.
