Ripple CEO: 'Missing' judge ruling on '60 Minutes' program that XRP is not a security is shocking

Odaily Planet Daily News: Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of IPPLE, stated in an article on X that "Crypto made its debut on the program '60 Minutes' tonight. There is no doubt that these technologies will continue to become more mainstream, and their influence and coverage will only continue to grow.
After watching the program, I do want to comment on a few things:
I had a continuous conversation with Margaret Brennan on the program '60 Minutes' for over 90 minutes. When discussing the SEC's wrongful lawsuit against Ripple, the show shockingly 'omitted' a federal judge's ruling that XRP is not a security... John Reed Stark is more aware of the situation, despite his comment being that '60 Minutes' chose to air.
Finally, the view that cryptocurrency is not practical is the same as the early criticism of the Internet by the opponents, saying that it is just an illegal activity. The fact proves that they were wrong. Nowadays, even JPMorgan Chase has begun to pay attention to blockchain... (Coincidentally, "60 Minutes" did not mention that Ripple is conducting billions of dollars in KYC transactions for our institutional clients, using XRP to achieve cross-border fund transfers more effectively than traditional payment methods.)
