Zhu Su, founder of Three Arrows Capital, posted on X platform that a subtle view on why cryptocurrency venture capital firms invest in infrastructure rather than cryptocurrency applications is that good applications do not require or benefit from venture capital funding (especially large-scale financing rounds) because they can achieve net profits very quickly and have lower construction costs.
