NYSE Arca proposes to introduce new Rule 8.800-E, supporting the listing and trading of commodity and digital asset investment products

The New York Stock Exchange Arca has submitted a proposal to provide listing and trading for investment products based on commodities and digital assets through new Rule 8.800-E, with the first product being Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund LLC. This measure will allow securities issued in the form of trusts or limited liability companies, covering specific commodities, digital assets, and related derivative products, further promoting the layout of ETF products based on digital assets on traditional stock exchanges.
