On November 22, according to Reuters, several digital asset industry executives revealed that numerous cryptocurrency companies such as Ripple, Kraken, and Circle are vying for seats on the cryptocurrency advisory committee promised by President elect Trump, seeking a say in his planned US policy reforms. Several top American encryption companies are vying for the right to speak. One of the sources revealed that venture capital firm Paradigm is on the list, and the crypto division a16z under venture capital giant Andreessen Horowitz is also expected to occupy a place. Sources added that Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency trading platform in the United States, is also interested in joining the committee.
