According to The Block, the Ethereum Layer 2 Network Arbitrarum Foundation announced its withdrawal from NVIDIA's supported Ignition AI Accelerator program due to the chip giant's request not to mention collaboration in encryption related announcements. Previously, the two parties had planned to reach an exclusive cooperation, and Arbitrarum would become the only representative of the Ethereum ecosystem in the AI acceleration program. A spokesperson for the Arbitrarum Foundation stated that Nvidia has recently changed its stance and is willing to maintain cooperation but prohibits public disclosure, indicating a lack of long-term commitment to the cryptocurrency field. The accelerator program was supposed to provide AI development guidance and cloud service points for Arbitrum. It is worth noting that another public chain, Aptos, still maintains a cooperative relationship with the accelerator. The foundation emphasizes that the decision to withdraw is based on commercial considerations and will choose "partners who fully support blockchain innovation" in the future.
