Panama City has officially signed a contract with a local bank to support tax processing through cryptocurrency

Foresight News reported that Mayer Mizrachi, the mayor of Panama City, the capital of the Republic of Panama, announced that the city has officially signed a contract with one of the largest banks in the area to support the use of cryptocurrency for tax processing. Foresight News previously reported that on April 16th, the Panama City Council voted in favor of accepting citizens to use Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to pay taxes, fees, tickets, and licenses.
