We're happy to share that @tkstanczak is officially taking a position at the @ethereum Foundation as Co-Executive Director, while remaining Nethermind's founder and continuing to guide our work. Since Ethereum's early days, Tomasz has helped shape the ecosystem through engineering and leadership, from building the Nethermind execution client that now processes a significant portion of Ethereum blocks, to improving transaction fairness through MEV research with @flashbots, and advancing scaling solutions via @StarknetFndn. His commitment to growing the next generation of builders is equally noteworthy, having established one of Ethereum's most successful internship programs that's onboarded over 600 participants. This transition reflects Ethereum’s organic growth, where dedicated builders take on new roles to support the ecosystem’s next phase, while continuing their existing contributions and roles.
