According to Golden Finance, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals in the United States has confirmed in an unpublished ruling that the lawsuit filed by plaintiff Lourenco Garcia against Santander Bank has been dismissed. It is reported that the plaintiff attempted to hold Santander Bank responsible for losses exceeding $750000 in a cryptocurrency scam associated with a fraudulent cryptocurrency platform called Coinegg. The Massachusetts Court of Appeals held that although Santander Bank may refuse or block any or all transactions, it is not obligated to do so, and the plaintiff personally authorized each transaction and did not find any breach of contract terms or legal obligations by the bank.
