US senators expect the Crypto Market Structure Act to be passed before August

Tim Scott also pointed out that the Senate Banking Committee has pushed forward a comprehensive stablecoin regulation bill - the GENIUS Act - in March 2025, indicating that the committee prioritizes cryptocurrency policy.
