Users generally only focus on the experience and cost of tools, hoping for faster, better to use, and cheaper, with almost no emotions and loyalty.
So the team on the tool track (wallets, U-cards, meme transactions...) will be very tired, and they will have to rack their brains every day about roll functions, roll traffic, donation rates... If they don't pay attention, they will be replaced by more "fragrant" new products.
