Today's Meme Card "Outsiders" is special. For years, @art_icu_late has been taking The Memes Outside, making photobooks at cost.  It is also the first Meme Card that I had no "say" in.  Card had lots of community support from 1st minute, so I thought it would be a nice message for it to happen without me.
