OpenAI counters Musk, accusing him of harassment

On April 9th local time, the Open Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (OpenAI) in the United States filed a counterclaim against Musk, accusing him of harassment and requesting a federal judge to prevent Musk from taking any further illegal and unfair actions against OpenAI, including attacks through the media and malicious propaganda. Previously, Musk filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman, accusing OpenAI of initially inviting Musk to fund a non-profit AI research institution dedicated to benefiting humanity, but now focusing on profitability.
