China could be selling Treasuries but I doubt it. Indirect bidders (decent proxy for foreign buys) on yesterday’s 3-year auction made up 73%, up from the 6-month average of 65%. Direct bidders were down 45% from January’s 3-year auction. Will be watching today’s 10-year.
