It is difficult to disagree with Bill’s advice below. A 90 day stay on tariffs with an invitation to immediately engage in negotiations is 💯 in President Trump’s wheelhouse. The man LOVES to negotiate and the White House could set up a continuous negotiation schedule where each country gets face time with POTUS to negotiate. @realDonaldTrump would be in his natural element and the non-stop world press coverage would be right up President Trump’s alley. It could be a win for everyone, both short-term and long-term, and lead to real, long lasting reforms regarding trade.
