US court resumes hearing of Coinbase v. FDIC information disclosure case

Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, announced on X platform that the cryptocurrency exchange's lawsuit against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has resumed due to the court lifting the suspension order. Coinbase accuses the FDIC of intentionally withholding key documents and failing to cooperate with its information requests.
