The Mason Hall project is expanding water access to 900 new households that never had piped water before. This adds to the 4,273 residents already connected through previous efforts by Rural Water Limited and the National Water Commission. For over 200 years, residents have lived without a reliable water supply. Now, that reality is changing. Democracy must deliver real benefits, and having clean, running water at home is one of the most basic and important signs of progress.
