Recently, there has been a widespread pessimistic sentiment in the market, with some believing that the 'copycat season' has ended. However, the top signals of 10 common bull markets have not yet appeared, suggesting that this bull market has not reached its end.
My strategy is: if five out of the following ten signals have already appeared, it is recommended that everyone reduce their positions.
1. Suddenly developing interest in cryptocurrency: When people around you frequently ask for cryptocurrency or investment advice, it usually means that the market has entered a later stage and retail interest has surged.
2. Bullish sentiment is everywhere: everyone becomes overly optimistic, no one is bearish, and skepticism disappears.
3. Cryptocurrency entering mainstream media: When cryptocurrency frequently appears in mainstream media, it may be a top sign.
4. Positive news did not boost price increases: even with significant positive news, prices no longer rise, and even rapidly decline due to negative news.
5. Collapse of uptrend: The market shifts from higher lows and highs to lower lows and highs, and the upward momentum weakens.
6. Coinbase ranks first on US app stores: The peak of applications such as Coinbase indicates that retail FOMO has reached its peak.
7. Showing off profits: Social media is filled with content about flaunting wealth, driven by greed.
8. Resignation: Newcomers quit their jobs due to short-term profits and announced their full-time commitment to the cryptocurrency industry.
9. "Abandoned" projects start operating: forgotten or outdated projects are resurrected due to hype.
10. Crazy price predictions are everywhere: players advocate unrealistic price targets and suggest mindlessly holding onto them.
Conclusion: None of the 10 signals have appeared, indicating a bull market or not yet reaching its peak. The current trend may be a buying opportunity. We need to closely monitor trends, social media, and price reactions in the future.
