It’s the highest leverage thing you can do. • Update 2nd brain on Notion • Reflect on monthly achievements and goals for next month • Update all my AI chats so memory is up to date + create monthly summaries • Talk to key team members and establish clear objectives • Review all financials and make tweaks where necessary It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day (especially as a content creator, as there is always unlimited content to create). But you NEED to schedule pure planning/organizational days so you remain on the right track.
