TLDR: Civitia Ultimate Survival Manual🚩 Core gameplay
1. Roll the dice to buy a house: Burn the initial move, step on the land and force to buy "city equity" (the higher the price, the higher the speculation)
2. Weekly Chicken Dinner Tournament: Spend money to boost contribution value and compete for season ranking → Grab 40% of the initial pool dividends
3. Top rank in horse racing: Use damage value to destroy competitor cities → Drive rental/land price drops
🚩 Retail strategy?
1. Shrinkage flow: Only buy land parcels (base price 0.5 ° C) → Card 19 unit to avoid rich tax
2. P young player: Sell when land prices rise by 10% → Eat early liquidity premium
3. Parasitic technique: Starting the season in the top 5 cities → Mixed subsistence allowance with initial dividends
🚩 Core logic
Economic closed loop: ① Retail investors buy land → eat rent → become rich triggers x10 punishment → forced to spit out coins and leave ② spit out Initiate → inject into the season pool → divided by scientists/whales → Initiate returns to the banker's pocket
Project party: 5% bunker handling fee+SILVER airdrop tax
Scientist: Script AFK Brush Contribution Value → Monopoly VIP Airdrop
You: NPC who pays electricity bills for on chain casinos

🚩 Core gameplay breakdown
Civitia's board of directors is divided into 18 cities and 6 groups. Each city has different attributes: rental prices and pricing curves. Each group of cities has a seasonal city, with the core goal of obtaining more rent for the city
Civitia Rule Explanation
Civitia is an on chain millionaire style strategy game where players roll dice to move to a city, pay dynamic rent (the more assets they hold, the higher the rent penalty), and have the opportunity to mint city units as rental companies to collect rent from subsequent players. The price of urban units increases linearly with the amount of casting, and can also be destroyed and cashed out at any time.
Weekly City Season Wars: Players need to bind their residential city to boost their contribution value (1 initial consumption=1 contribution value), and use tax points to launch nuclear strikes to reduce the radiation value of their opponent's city (affecting the rental multiplier). The contribution value is converted into SILVER work points (VIP airdrop weight), but must be actively rolling dice daily, otherwise the rental right will be frozen
Seasonal cities include: Baghdad, Caracas, San Francisco, Pyongyang, Karachi, Jakarta, Rome, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Barcelona, Paris, London, Seoul, Zurich, New York, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo (each city corresponds to different colors/initial casting prices/destruction prices/rental costs)
The destruction section includes: destruction+concierge fees (i.e. protocol withdrawal, about 5%)
In addition to grabbing land, you will also be dropped by dice into special blocks, including Prison Square/Bunker Square
When landing at the prison square, players need to make a decision: bail or bribe the police officer. When choosing bail, players need to pay a specific amount to be released from prison. When choosing to bribe a police officer, lucky players may be able to be released from prison with a lower amount, or ultimately pay a higher amount than the initial bail price
Fortresses are similar to ordinary cities, but have only one owner. When landing on the fortress, any user can cast a unit. During casting, the previous owner unit will be automatically destroyed at the same price.
The coin price of bunkers increases with the total number of coins minted. The rent for a bunker is similar to that of a regular city, but in this case, the landlord can receive 100% of the rent. The bunker has vitality and can be collectively destroyed using tax points. The previous owner's unit was destroyed and their initial was lost. Once destroyed, the price of the bunker will be restored to its initial price.
//If no one destroys it, the bunker will continue to exist and will continue to charge tolls
When the player lands on the tax square, if the player holds ≥ 1 TP, they need to declare taxes. When filing taxes, players can receive twice the current tax point or lose all tax points
By the way, a tax point is mentioned here. Donations and tax points are obtained in a 1:1 ratio based on the initial expenditure. For every use of 1 initial casting unit, destruction unit, or payment of rent, players will receive 1 donation (sent to their city of residence) and 1 tax point (added to their wallet)
This is also the most important part of the game that becomes confrontation, which is confrontation and contribution. When the vast majority of residents want to contribute ->push to city rent ->win seasonal prizes ->destroy other cities and reduce rent, the change in this confrontation is dynamic!
Finally, there is urban radiation ☢️, Each radiation registration will have a rental multiplier effect on the basic rent of each city, but it will only change based on the radiation level threshold.
Finally, let me give you a brief overview
Holding an Initiate to participate in rolling dice ->Log in to city Mint units (join city teams) ->Mint residences ->Grab more land ->Collect rent ->Get more tax points and contribution values ->Can destroy other people's buildings ->Provide city radiation ->Basic rent for all cities 📈 -> City competition for higher ranking quarterly rewards+VIP chain rebates from Initiata
BTW, Grabbing more land is not necessarily a good thing, as there will be a wealth tax. For units 0-19, there will only be a 1x rental cost penalty, while for units greater than 100, there will be a 10x rental cost penalty. However, the accompanying urban contribution value and tax points will also be higher
Complex yet complex, slightly simpler than Da Fu Gui. Fun is indeed fun, keep following
