Arkham: The US government transfers ETH worth $1.77 million

Firstly, a test transaction worth $1 is sent to the address: 0xBf7fb784C741482cf4801016E967e68f10c748b, approximately ten minutes later, $1.77 million in ETH from the Sae Heng confiscated funds address (0x17f) was immediately transferred to the 0xBf7 address.
