OpenAI plans to significantly reduce prices and negotiate AI cooperation with India's Reliance

According to The Information, OpenAI is considering lowering the ChatGPT subscription fee in the Indian market to $3 to $5 per month, a maximum reduction of 85% from the current price of $20. Meanwhile, OpenAI has been in talks with Reliance Industries in India to collaborate on ChatGPT services distributed by its subsidiary Jio, and may host models locally in India to expand the application of AI technology in India.
