The meeting will be live streamed to the public through the SEC official website. The meeting focused on discussing whether encrypted assets constitute securities and clarifying regulatory pathways. The attending guests include major law firms and institutional general advisors such as a16z, Delphi Ventures, Cooley, and BakerHostetler, covering academia, regulators, venture capital, and policy advocates. Former SEC commissioner Troy Paredes serves as the moderator.
