NYSE Arca applies to SEC for adding staking function to Bitwise Ethereum ETF

NYSE Arca, a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange, has submitted a proposed rule change (19b-4 application) to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), proposing to revise the Bitwise Ethereum ETF to allow staking of Ethereum held in trust. The SEC is issuing this notice to solicit opinions from relevant parties on the proposed rule changes.
