Pyth's infra is so unreliable, that Pyth themselves recommends that users don't use their hosted infra but should instead run their own infra to push data onchain... Maybe if Pyth's push feeds actually worked as described and didn't have a single point of failure, DeFi wouldn't be exposed to their systemic unreliability risk Pyth's cbETH feed on Base is supposed to update within a 1% deviation threshold (per their docs), but the feed didn't update for 8 minutes and the price moved 6.8% In comparison, Chainlink's push-based Data Feeds publish data onchain using the same decentralized oracle network that generates oracle reports, where nodes run a round-robin protocol to ensure data lands onchain reliably No need for a centralized price pusher or for users to manage their own infrastructure just to make sure data lands onchain Just use Chainlink
