This is such a badass move by the Kraken team. In 2021, the CFTC fined Kraken 1.25M for failing to register as an FCM despite admitting they did not provide clear rules for crypto. This 1.5B acquisition takes care of that. Kraken's institutional client services are top-notch, and this should enhance them further. Looking forward to it!
