According to Decrypt, court documents show that US authorities have withdrawn charges against the founder of the decentralized social network BitClout. Last year, the federal government filed a wire fraud charge against Nader Al Naji, accusing him of defrauding investors of $3 million through his cryptocurrency project. The US Department of Justice accused Nader of "obtaining millions of dollars through lies and then giving them to family and friends" and using investors' cash for a luxurious lifestyle.
