Adam Boehler was nominated by President Trump to be his Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs on Jan. 20th, the 1st day of the president’s 2nd term in office. WH withdrew his nomination for this sub-Cabinet level post from the Senate Friday per the Congressional Record.
