On March 13th, the National Securities Commission (CNV) of Argentina issued Resolution 1058, officially establishing regulatory rules for virtual asset service providers (VASPs), covering registration, cybersecurity, asset custody, anti money laundering, and risk disclosure requirements. The new regulations require VASPs to separate company funds from customer funds, conduct annual audits, and submit monthly reports to CNV. Individual registrants must comply with the new regulations before July 1st, while local and overseas companies must complete compliance before August 1st and September 1st respectively. CNV Chairman Roberto E. Silva emphasized that companies that fail to comply with the requirements will not be able to operate in Argentina. (Cointelegraph) https://www.
