DOGE AUDIT RESULTS IN 146,000 CREDIT CARDS CANCELED (MSN)
President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) recently deactivated 146,000 government credit cards. DOGE audited 16 federal agencies to identify unused or unnecessary cards. The federal government holds more than 4.5 million active credit cards, which accounted for 40 billion in spending in 2024.
