This tweet has sparked a lot of discussion, and I don't want to mislead everyone. Let me clarify a few points: one ️⃣ Is wealth growth important? Important. It's a bit hypocritical to say that a trader doesn't think about how to increase their wealth, which makes Buffett shake his head. two ️⃣ How much is enough to earn? There is no definitive conclusion. Everyone's situation is different, as long as one can live happily, comfortably, with dignity and security with their family, I think it's enough. So, there's no need to pursue a specific number, how much a is, and it's not as important as a happy life. three ️⃣ What does money represent? Money can represent many things, but I would rather discuss that money cannot represent anything. There is a group of people in the cryptocurrency industry who have ideas that I strongly dislike, namely: If you're richer than me, I'll lick you if you're awesome; If I don't have money, you idiot, shut up. That's also why, as someone who doesn't like to argue with others, I criticized 'Fear and Respect Brother' on Twitter earlier. Money does not represent correctness, nor does it represent personality/dignity. Everyone is equal in terms of personality. four ️⃣ Why think about this matter? This is one of my heart knots. When you earn enough money to meet your own and your family's living needs, you always have to think about why you continue to earn money and what you love. I don't have an answer to this question yet. Schopenhauer said that people always oscillate between pain and boredom, while Buddha said that all sentient beings suffer (including the wealthy). So wealth cannot solve people's inner pain and boredom, it can only truly bring about life security, a dignified lifestyle, freedom, and partially purchasable material happiness. This question is something that everyone must constantly ponder throughout their entire life.
