Offline Protocol, a decentralized infrastructure, has completed a pre Series funding round of $1.1 million, led by Portal Ventures

According to Golden Finance, Offline Protocol, a decentralized infrastructure, has completed a $1.1 million Pre Seed round of financing, led by Portal Ventures, with Seed Club Ventures and angel investors Paul Taylor, Rushi Manche, Rahim Noorani, and others participating. The funds raised will be used to develop its private anti censorship network. The decentralized infrastructure of Offline Protocol enables seamless point-to-point communication, offline payments, and local priority applications without relying on centralized servers or traditional networks.
